An Overview of The Finders
Numerous people have heard about the different governments, people, and criminals involved with the horrific Jeffrey Epstein operation. Many other worldwide governmental operations occurred, including the lesser-known what I believe to be known as the Finders Operation. On February 4, 1987, a concerned citizen, Cindy Peterson, called the Tallahassee police. Peterson observed six children with two well-dressed men in Myers Park hanging out by a van. Peterson called the police because the children were “poorly dressed, bruised, dirty. and behaving like wild animals.” The two men, Douglas Edward Ammerman and James Michael Holwell (“Houlihan”) were arrested when they refused to answer most questions given by the two Tallahassee police department officers who responded to the scene. Ammerman and Holwell told the police that they were taking the six children to a “en route with the kids to a school for brilliant children in Mexico.” Ammerman and Holwell were both charged with child abuse on February 4, 1987, and each given $100,000 bonds. The six children were taken into police custody.1 2 3
The State of Florida's case against Ammerman and Holwell continued. Nationwide attention was given to the case for a couple of weeks as national law enforcement agencies searched for the children's parents, who they believed were trafficked by a “cult” known as The Finders. Media coverage about The Finders swept the nation and comprised tales/reports of alleged human trafficking, pedophilia, satanism, CIA contracts, cults, mind control, and more! Seemingly, weeks later, Ammerman and Holwell's charges were dropped, and the six Finders children were returned to either the mothers, all members of the Finders Operation or other family members. For weeks, the case garnered wall-to-wall media coverage, and nationwide attention quickly faded into irrelevancy. Was there any truth to the bold claims about the Finders Operation and their “leader” Marion Pettie?4 5 6
