Katie Johnson’s (pseudonym) lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump was filed three times. http://thememoryhole2.org/blog/doe-v-trump
The first lawsuit, filed on April 26, 2016, was primarily filed on her own (she appeared pro per) within the State of California and was thrown out on a technicality. The lawsuit was thrown out because she filed it incorrectly as a civil rights abuse lawsuit. The phone number she provided was disconnected, and all mail sent to her about the lawsuit was returned. The address she filed from was a foreclosed, abandoned home. I believe this occurred because she was homeless at the time.
The second lawsuit was filed on June 20, 2016, by Thomas Francis Meagher, a patent attorney from New Jersey. The details of the first complaint remain similar to the details in the second complaint. Ed Opperman disclosed in 2019 that he was the private investigator for the Katie Johnson case and was hired by Meagher and worked with Lisa Bloom. https://www.spreaker.com/user/oppermanreport/my-professional-involvement-in-trump-eps
The third lawsuit was filed on September 30, 2016, by Thomas Francis Meagher and later Lisa Bloom (she was also legal counsel for Harvey Weinstein, who was connected to Epstein, which might make her involvement with Johnson a conflict of interest), the daughter of the famous feminist lawyer Gloria Allred joined as legal counsel. The third lawsuit was allegedly voluntarily dismissed on November 11, 2016, by Katie Johnson because of her being threatened and fearing for her life. https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2016/11/3/13501364/trump-rape-13-year-old-lawsuit-katie-johnson-allegation
