Part 8 - What Should Your Day Look Like If You Are Following a Proper Circadian Rhythm?
The following is a tentative schedule for most people and may change depending on their work schedule and necessity. The schedule might also change during the seasons due to the lengthening or shortening of the daylight hours. For most people, if the schedule is moved up an hour in the morning, but you stick to the rest of the schedule after lunch, you can still greatly improve your health. A general rule of thumb is to eat fewer carbohydrates in the winter and more during the summer. During the winter, I try to shoot for seventy-five to one hundred grams daily, and for the summer, around one hundred and twenty-five to one hundred and fifty grams daily. Try your best to eat only three meals daily and when it is light outside.[1] [2] [3]
