There are many different lower carbohydrate diets ranging from ketogenic diets like the Bulletproof Diet to zero-carb diets like carnivorism. These diets are trendy, and many people are following them incorrectly, which can cause or worsen health issues. If the average American eats more than two thousand calories daily, then based on common dietary guidelines, the average American consumes two hundred twenty-five to three hundred twenty-five grams of carbohydrates daily (I believe for most people except for carb-loading athletes, this is too much). Even a diet I recommend, like the Perfect Health Diet(perfecthealthdiet.com), will be considered lower carb because on the Perfect Health Diet, you are eating roughly between one hundred twenty and one hundred eighty grams of carbohydrates daily. The following recommendations are for anyone who practices intermittent fasting and/or consumes less than one hundred grams of carbs daily to help lessen or stop any dietary-caused digestive or health issues.
