So, how did the Finders Operation influence and gather intelligence on the military-industrial complex and non-governmental organizations? Through Carl R. Schleicher and Mankind Research Unlimited. Carl R. Schleicher, Ph.D., was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, on May 5, 1933. While Carl was a student at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, during spring break of his freshman year, he returned home to Boonton, New Jersey. While Carl was home on spring break, he decided to take and would later pass the admission test to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Carl claimed he only took the admission test because he “likes to take competitive tests.” Carl graduated with honors from the United States Naval Academy in 1956 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Carl was a United States Naval Intelligence Officer specializing in operations research and linguistics for ten years and was assigned to posts in Germany and Turkey. Carl obtained the United States Naval Rank of Lieutenant Commander before he “left” naval service in 1966. Carl earned a master’s degree in political economics from the University of Cologne in Germany in 1962. Carl also did graduate study at the University of Lund and the University of Bonn and later earned a doctorate in Technology of Management from American University. Carl spoke six languages and was an interpreter for former United States President Dwight David Eisenhower and former United States Attorney General Robert Francis Kennedy.[1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
